Everything you need to know about booking and managing your reservations.
How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation with MoreTables is easy:
- Open the MoreTables app or website.
- Search for a restaurant by name, cuisine, or location.
- Select your preferred date, time, and party size.
- Review available reservation times.
- Confirm your reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation via email and/or push notification.
How can I view my reservation?
To view your upcoming reservations:
- Log in to your MoreTables account.
- Navigate to My Reservations.
- Select the reservation you'd like to view for details.
You can access information including:
- Restaurant name
- Reservation date and time
- Party size
- Reservation status
How do I modify a reservation?
If the restaurant allows modifications:
- Go to My Reservations.
- Select the reservation you wish to change.
- Click Modify Reservation.
- Update the date, time, or party size.
- Confirm the changes.
Availability may vary based on the restaurant's capacity.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel a reservation:
- Open My Reservations.
- Select the reservation.
- Click Cancel Reservation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Please note that some restaurants may have cancellation policies or fees for late cancellations and no-shows.
I never received my reservation confirmation.
If you did not receive a confirmation:
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Verify that the reservation appears under My Reservations.
- Ensure your email address is correct in your account settings.
- Contact MoreTables Support if you still cannot locate your reservation.
The restaurant cannot find my reservation.
If a restaurant cannot locate your reservation:
- Show your confirmation email or reservation confirmation screen.
- Verify the reservation details.
- Contact MoreTables Support immediately for assistance.
What happens if I am late?
Restaurants may hold reservations for a limited period, typically 10–15 minutes, depending on their policy.
If you expect to be late:
- Contact the restaurant directly when possible.
- Update your reservation through the app if available.
What is a no-show?
A no-show occurs when a reservation is not honored and is not canceled in advance. Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to make future reservations and could result in fees where applicable.
