Everything you need to know about booking and managing your reservations.

How do I make a reservation?

Making a reservation with MoreTables is easy:

  1. Open the MoreTables app or website.
  2. Search for a restaurant by name, cuisine, or location.
  3. Select your preferred date, time, and party size.
  4. Review available reservation times.
  5. Confirm your reservation.
  6. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or push notification.

How can I view my reservation?

To view your upcoming reservations:

  1. Log in to your MoreTables account.
  2. Navigate to My Reservations.
  3. Select the reservation you'd like to view for details.

You can access information including:

  • Restaurant name
  • Reservation date and time
  • Party size
  • Reservation status

How do I modify a reservation?

If the restaurant allows modifications:

  1. Go to My Reservations.
  2. Select the reservation you wish to change.
  3. Click Modify Reservation.
  4. Update the date, time, or party size.
  5. Confirm the changes.

Availability may vary based on the restaurant's capacity.


How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation:

  1. Open My Reservations.
  2. Select the reservation.
  3. Click Cancel Reservation.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Please note that some restaurants may have cancellation policies or fees for late cancellations and no-shows.


I never received my reservation confirmation.

If you did not receive a confirmation:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.
  • Verify that the reservation appears under My Reservations.
  • Ensure your email address is correct in your account settings.
  • Contact MoreTables Support if you still cannot locate your reservation.

The restaurant cannot find my reservation.

If a restaurant cannot locate your reservation:

  1. Show your confirmation email or reservation confirmation screen.
  2. Verify the reservation details.
  3. Contact MoreTables Support immediately for assistance.

What happens if I am late?

Restaurants may hold reservations for a limited period, typically 10–15 minutes, depending on their policy.

If you expect to be late:

  • Contact the restaurant directly when possible.
  • Update your reservation through the app if available.

What is a no-show?

A no-show occurs when a reservation is not honored and is not canceled in advance. Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to make future reservations and could result in fees where applicable.
